Free profiles are researched and compiled by the Multifamily Spotlight team using public data sources. Qualifying companies are added based on their activity in the U.S. multifamily real estate market. If your company is not yet listed, you can request to be added.
Can I update my profile?
Yes. Companies with a Featured Profile receive direct access to update their profile content, description, and key facts. Free profile holders can submit update requests through our contact form.
Are interviews promotional?
Our interviews are editorially driven — we ask substantive questions about your company's strategy, market perspective, and approach. The result reads like an industry publication, not a press release. We do not run advertorial content.
Do I need a Featured Profile to be interviewed?
No. The Executive Interview Package includes a 12-month Featured Profile. If you already have a Featured Profile, the interview package adds editorial content and promotion on top of your existing listing.
How long does an interview take?
The recorded conversation is 30–45 minutes. From scheduling to publication, the full process typically takes two to four weeks depending on review cycles.
